Woody's Maple is owned and operated by Jim Woodrow from Hermon NY. The sugar bush consists of about 3000 taps all accomplished with pipeline and vacuum pumps. We are a family operated Sugar Bush with a daughter Tracy and grandson taking part in the yearly spring rituals of making syrup.
